Shin-chan travels to the post office for an errand but becomes distracted and forgets his task, causing confusion among the staff. Later, the family visits a haunted attraction where they are frightened by a mummy who runs behind them to remove a band-aid from his hand. Meanwhile, Misae feels overwhelmed by household chores. To help, Hiroshi and Shin-chan take over cooking duties. Through this experience, they gain an understanding of Misae's daily struggles and express their gratitude to her for her efforts.
