Shin-chan accidentally spills ice cream on Misae's new dress and attempts to conceal the stain, only worsening the situation. During Kazama's farewell party, Shin-chan performs a song that deeply moves Kazama. The following day, Kazama's relocation plans to New York are unexpectedly cancelled. Meanwhile, Misae forgets Shin-chan on the metro while disembarking. After a lengthy wait, Misae reunites with her son but realizes she has left her shopping bags behind on the train.
