The family plays hide and seek, but Shin-chan finds Misae while forgetting Hiroshi, who hides on the roof. Later, Shin-chan follows Keiko to the health centre. At the facility, Shin-chan draws on all the toy babies, prompting instructors to use him for a demonstration to the ladies. Meanwhile, Misae takes a part-time job to buy a coat for herself. However, her employment ends abruptly due to the mischief caused by Shin-chan.
