Shin-chan applies seals to New Year greeting cards and mistakenly places Misae's mail in the incorrect post box. While he and Shiro are hungry, they open a neighbor's parcel and consume its contents. Upon discovering this, Misae scolds Shin-chan for his actions. Later, Shin-chan and his friends hold a Christmas party at Yoshinaga's residence. Yoshinaga enjoys the gathering with the children and prevents them from leaving until late, ensuring they stay for the celebration.
