Sylvia witnesses Riza transform into a winged monster and strangle her after Julio reveals Ange hinders their plans. A flashback shows a wounded Jill, formerly Alektra, losing her arm, prompting Salia to vow revenge. In the present, Salia hopes to pilot Villkiss, but a portal opens above Arzenal, unleashing Schooner-type DRAGONs and three Para-mails. A red Para-mail destroys part of the base, killing many. Salia engages despite Jill's warnings, but Ange takes control of Villkiss to fight the enemy. The opposing pilot sings, causing Ange to respond with a glowing ring. Their attacks collide, and the pilot reveals the truth lies with the Aura before retreating. Salia realizes Ange is Villkiss's true pilot as Jill assesses the damage while Vivian rests in the ruined room.
