Global leaders convene to address the DRAGON assault on Arzenal but descend into conflict. Embryo suggests destroying the current world to establish a new one. Within Arzenal, Hilda becomes captain after Salia’s detention. Jill and Ange discuss mana origins and norma discrimination. Ange presses Jill about the DRAGONs, but their conversation is interrupted by the discovery of a DRAGON survivor in the base. This survivor is revealed to be Vivian, who hums a song Ange recognizes. Ange sings along as Vivian shifts from DRAGON form to human form, leading Ange to realize DRAGONs are actually humans. Upon witnessing DRAGONs being burned, Ange is devastated and vows to stop killing DRAGONs and piloting Villkiss. Shortly after, a fleet arrives at Arzenal carrying Julio on the flagship.
