Ep. 13: Julio attacks Arzenal while Ange pilots Villkiss against Embryo's Black Angel.

As Julio’s fleet assaults Arzenal, Jill initiates Operation Libertus, ordering staff to ignore messages and defend the base. She sends Salia to guard Ange and instructs Mei to move the Villkiss underground. Julio’s troops invade, killing civilians, while Ange and Momoka escape to the cafeteria. Ange deflects an attack on Momoka, interrogates a soldier, and decides to confront Julio using the Villkiss. She activates the mecha’s power, turning it red, and disables Salia to protect the facility. During the battle, Ange notices a light barrier protecting the Villkiss. She faces Julio, but Embryo intervenes with his Black Angel Ragna-Mail. Embryo sings to trigger a powerful attack that kills Julio and destroys his fleet. Ange survives, but Embryo targets Tusk and Vivian. He sings again, prompting Ange to transform the Villkiss blue to save them. The Black Angel fires, causing the Villkiss, Tusk, and Vivian to vanish. Meanwhile, Jill’s submarine becomes operational and departs Arzenal.
