Ep. 35: Proto I Overheats as Sigma Orbis Emerges to Rescue Leaders
Ban, Hiro, and Ran struggle against Proto I until Professor Yamano identifies its overheating weakness. Ban suggests merging into Sigma Orbis, but Yamano advises waiting until power drops to 10%. Minerva sustains heavy damage while Ban and Hiro use Elysion and Perseus to distract Proto I. At 10% power, the merge occurs. With only 5% power remaining, Proto I overheats, allowing Sigma Orbis to defeat it. The group presents evidence of the President and Secretary Kaios to Jack Gelato, who agrees to help. Jack fails to access the command center due to a changed passcode. Alfeld, Doctor Mummy, and Bishop board a space shuttle, unfazed by their failure. Sigma Orbis breaches the door, rescuing the leaders five seconds before an explosion. The group splits to stop the launch. Yamano’s hack fails, causing system shutdowns. The ship launches toward space. Secretary Kaios announces an immediate return to NICS to re-equip the Duck Shuttle for a space pursuit to stop Paradise.
