Recent deaths are attributed to a vampire, sparking debate on a game show between believers Yumi and Seiichi Hirai and skeptics. A Romanian girl named Mina Tepeş joins the discussion, later revealed to be a vampire princess. Her servant Veratos appears, displaying a severed arm that belongs to Seiichi. Seiichi is exposed as the killer, transforming into a giant bipedal chameleon after attacking Yumi. He flees to the roof, where Mina confronts and easily kills him. Mina declares her intention to establish a new vampire kingdom called the Vampire Bund at Tokyo Landfill #0.
