Akira Kaburagi Regendorf leaves class due to discomfort regarding vampires, prompting Yuki Saegusa to bring him lunch before Nanami Shinonome interrupts with student council matters. Ryohei Kuze fails to encourage Akira regarding Yuki. Akira touches a mysterious girl, triggering painful memories, and she flees when Yuki arrives. Later, Akira meets Mina, the vampire princess, in front of a billboard. After surviving a missile attack from a military helicopter, Akira applies shade gel to Mina to protect her from sunlight. They defeat two assassins disguised as police. On a tower, Akira reveals his amnesia from an injury a year ago. A spider vampire named Tsuchigumo attacks them. When Mina cries out his name, Akira recalls a promise to protect her from their youth. He rediscovers his heritage as a werewolf of the Earth Clan, defeats Tsuchigumo, and rescues Mina.
