EP 1Daniel Kai joins Arctic Front and faces his first mission against mutated creatures in Asylum.
Oct 13, 2021A rescue team in Antarctica encounters a survivor infected by Randolph Syndrome who transforms into a monster. In Research City Southern Cross, Shigure Daniel Kai applies to become a Sleeper for Arctic Front in Asylum. Commander Kruger, Chief Solvy Sveien Grasse Bea, and Commander Vera Rustamova approve his application, assigning him to Platoon 11 alongside Sleepers Sumire, Reika, and Larry. During his first mission with Leslie Blanc, Larry, and Reika, monitored by Sanity Anchor Sumire Motiki, the team detects a magnetic field distortion. A mutated Scarred appears, and while the Sleepers defeat it, Daniel fails to act. They are then dispatched to assist the rescue team attacked by the Randolph Syndrome victim. Daniel finally rises to the challenge, helping Leslie destroy the monster.
EP 2Sleeper Platoon 11 battles a sand-dwelling Scarred monster using Sumire's detection skills and Larry as bait.
Oct 20, 2021While on patrol, Sleeper Platoon 11 encounters a Scarred monster emerging from beneath the sand. Sumire Motiki utilizes her instruments to predict the creature's reappearance and directs Daniel to fire, but he fails to hit the target. Upon returning to base, Sumire reprimands Daniel for his poor performance, causing him to question his own abilities. During cleaning duties, Daniel learns that Sumire was previously a pop idol, though she declines to discuss her past. He later apologizes for his inquiry and accepts his shortcomings. The platoon is subsequently ordered to eliminate the same Scarred, employing a new tactic with Larry as bait, which results in a successful kill. Following the mission, Sumire reveals to Daniel that she became a Sanity Anchor because she was ineligible to be a Sleeper. Commander Vera then assigns Daniel a new mission involving an assassination.
EP 3Larry and Daniel explore the Asylum for Vista Pazza seeds while fleeing a Scarred attack.
Oct 27, 2021A leader argues that Randolph Syndrome offers opportunities despite its devastation. Larry invites Daniel to a town where they rescue a young dealer from thugs. The dealer requests seeds from the Vista Pazza tree in the Asylum. Larry agrees and takes Daniel on a secret mission to an oasis-like area. They meet an exile named EL-Cee who shows them the tree. Larry admits his desire to understand Randolph Syndrome better. A flying Scarred attacks, targeting EL-Cee. Daniel acts as a decoy to help her escape, but both he and Larry are cornered. Leslie and Sleeper Platoon 11 arrive to rescue them. Back at base, they face severe reprimands for going AWOL. This event convinces Daniel to accept an assassination mission from Commander Vera. However, he later discovers that the intended target of this mission is EL-Cee.

Nov 3, 2021During a mission into Asylum, Sleeper Platoon 11 encounters an exile. Leslie defeats the enemy using superior sword skills but criticizes the team for their lack of assistance. Subsequently, the group investigates Leslie’s history alongside Vera, uncovering old images. Leslie invites Daniel for a drink, but Daniel is ambushed by three Cultist Exiles. Leslie intervenes and confronts Hayden, an old associate seeking Daniel. Leslie urges Daniel to flee, but he is cornered by Nadia, who commands two aggressive rabbit-like creatures. Daniel escapes and returns to aid Leslie, who has been shot in the arm. Hayden appears to know about Daniel’s mission to kill EL-Cee and intends to capture her instead.
EP 5Sleeper Platoon 11 faces a Cultist while Daniel and Reika navigate team dynamics and a monster attack.
Nov 10, 2021Sleeper Platoon 11 confronts a Cultist, but Daniel destroys it before others can fire. Hayden reports to his superior, who beats him for failing to capture Daniel, suspecting he spared his former lover Leslie, and orders him to capture EL-Cee at any cost. Meanwhile, Platoon 11 members discuss how to get Daniel and Reika Kobato to work together, noting Daniel’s awkwardness around her. They organize a team BBQ and send the pair shopping for food. During the trip, they encounter Nadia, who unleashes rabbit-like animals on Daniel, followed by an attack from a Scarred of human appearance. Initially acting independently, Daniel and Reika eventually cooperate to kill the monster and later discover they share a common interest in anime.

Nov 17, 2021Vera authorizes the EL-Cee mission, with only Leslie and Daniel aware of the assassination objective. Before departing, she gifts Leslie a ring and necklace. In Ruois, a celebration for EL-Cee as the Child of God begins. Leslie leads Platoon 11 into the village, planning to position Daniel for a shot. He gives Daniel a note if separated. Dressed as servants, Leslie, Larry, and Reika infiltrate the party, but Hayden detects them, subdues Larry, and attacks Leslie. Leslie escapes and warns Vera that the plan is compromised, but she refuses to abort. Reika lures EL-Cee to a window using fireworks, yet Daniel hesitates. Instead, Daniel shoots Hayden’s arm to save Leslie, foiling the mission. The Sleepers flee while pursued by a spider mech. Leslie distracts it and defeats it, but Hayden shoots his flying device with a sniper rifle, causing Leslie to fall into a smoke-filled abyss.
EP 7Vera Leads Platoon 11 Into Ruois to Rescue Hostages and Retrieve Sacred Crystal
Nov 24, 2021Leslie’s body is retrieved for burial while Vera appears indifferent. Hayden reenters the mansion in Ruois, taking guests hostage to capture EL-Cee, who is safe with Master Karateka. Daniel packs Leslie’s belongings and searches for a lost good luck charm after Vera confirms the plan continues. Platoon 11, now led by Vera, enters the deserted mansion and finds a ring. They rescue villagers attacked by Scarred monsters. Vera fights effectively with a scythe-like weapon. Chief Jiryo gives Vera a sacred ruby-colored pyramid crystal containing a ring intended for EL-Cee. Upon returning to base, Daniel agrees to proceed with the plan to assassinate EL-Cee.

Dec 1, 2021After Vera’s failed attempt to assassinate EL-Cee, the Antarctica Front Steering Committee reprimands her for risking the organization. Daniel investigates a note from Leslie’s waitress friend in Ruois, which contains numbers. Ron Blake and his team guarding EL-Cee split up to hinder Hayden. Daniel enters the numbers into Leslie’s photo collection, revealing an image from a Platoon 11 mission with an unclear location. During the next Platoon 11 sortie into the Abyss, Vera guides Daniel to a spot matching the photo. He discovers Vera’s silver necklace and Leslie’s notebook, containing a note for his potential successor. The Cultist Exiles, Hayden, and Platoon 11 clash while being attacked by Scarred. Ultimately, EL-Cee falls under the control of Iceman, who knows Vera can repeat time.
EP 9Vera Faces Final Warning and Unplanned Team Bonding During BBQ
Dec 8, 2021Vera receives a stern warning from the Steering Committee that this is her third and final opportunity to succeed. The Iceman acknowledges her ability to repeat time but notes Daniel’s immaturity despite his sniping skills. Daniel requests a meeting, leading Vera to expect his withdrawal from the mission. Instead, he invites her to a barbecue, causing her to impulsively agree and regret the decision. The team manipulates her schedule to ensure attendance. Daniel visits the Asylum to read Leslie’s notebook regarding EL-Cee while purchasing food, returning on time. Vera arrives late to the social event but joins the team, only to inform Daniel later that she is removing him from the platoon.

Dec 15, 2021Daniel is removed from duty by the Steering Committee due to his unauthorized entry into the Asylum. After farewell drinks, he learns from a dying associate that Vera was framed regarding the Aruka ring. Nadia helps Hayden track Vera, who is wounded while Hayden claims knowledge of her repeated EL-Cee missions ending in Leslie's death. Daniel disarms Hayden, but the latter escapes with the ring using diversionary explosions. Vera gives Daniel the Akura crystal, revealing its true power lies there, not in the ring. Daniel prepares to depart for Argentina but returns to find Vera and others dead in a church. He then wakes up in his room with his suitcases packed, repeating the initial dream sequence.

Dec 22, 2021Daniel experiences a sense of déjà vu and joins his platoon for farewell drinks, intentionally modifying his behavior to change the outcome of recent events. This altered path leads him to meet Vera's agent, visit the Asylum, and encounter Hayden and Iceman. During this sequence, Larry and Reika fail to eliminate EL-Cee, who transforms into a monstrous Scarred entity that kills everyone. Daniel gradually understands that the Akura crystal given by Vera grants him the power to repeat these events. He deduces that Vera's obsession with stopping EL-Cee and preventing the 6th Great Extinction is actually an attempt to kill her younger self. The final reenactment results in the total destruction of the Antarctic base through a fiery eruption. Daniel wakes up again, realizing Vera has endured these loops many times and is desperate to break the cycle.
EP 12Daniel uses the Akura to defeat enemies and saves Vera from Iceman's unstable transformation.
Dec 29, 2021Daniel reveals to his comrades that the Akura grants him the power to repeat time, and they unite to defeat Nadia and Hayden, who subsequently jumps from a building. Daniel confronts Vera, revealing she is the future EL-Cee, who has been futilely attempting to kill her younger self to stop anyone from acquiring her destructive power. Platoon 11 enters the Abyss to stop Iceman from merging with EL-Cee, with Vera accompanying them. Iceman initiates the process but transforms into an unstable tentacled monster. He grabs Vera to prevent her from dying and repeating past events, unaware that Daniel possesses the ability to repeat time. To break the cycle, Daniel thrusts the Akura into the beast, destroying it but fatally wounding himself with multiple spikes. EL-Cee is released and returns the Akura to Vera. As Daniel dies and fades, his essence transfers into the crystal, leading Vera to believe he will return in the future.
