Ep. 42: Whamon rescues the group from MetalSeadramon before a fierce ocean battle ensues.

The children face imminent destruction by MetalSeadramon until Whamon intervenes to save them. They escape to the ocean floor, but MetalSeadramon and his Divermon allies pursue them. MetalSeadramon eventually catches up, triggering a battle where Agumon Warp Digivolves into WarGreymon. Despite this transformation, WarGreymon is nearly defeated by the enemy. Although Whamon washes away the Divermon attackers, they return to assault the group again. Ikkakumon then digivolves into Zudomon, who easily destroys the Divermon. This sequence highlights the intense struggle against MetalSeadramon and the crucial support provided by Whamon and Zudomon during the underwater conflict.
