Ep. 43: Whamon's Sacrifice and T.K.'s Strategic Game Against Puppetmon

Whamon sacrifices himself to save WarGreymon from MetalSeadramon, allowing WarGreymon to defeat the enemy with Great Tornado. Before dying, Whamon urges the Digidestined to save the world as the Net Ocean dissolves. The group enters a forest controlled by Puppetmon, who taunts them and separates the team. Puppetmon captures Matt and challenges T.K. to a deadly game of hide and seek for his brother's release. T.K. exploits Puppetmon's emotional vulnerabilities to sabotage the control room while the others regroup and defeat Kiwimon, despite Matt's desperation to escape. After T.K. rejoins the group, a disillusioned Matt walks away, and Puppetmon vows revenge.
