Ep. 8: Goku Endures Hardship as Whisker Power Reaches Its Peak

Zoonama returns Trunks to his volcanic lair, where Goku, Pan, and the villager Doma pursue them. Trunks administers a sleeping potion to Zoonama, allowing Doma to attempt removing his whiskers with giant scissors. Only one whisker is severed before Zoonama awakens, still intoxicated by the potion. He attempts to trigger an earthquake with his remaining whisker, but fails, revealing he only predicts seismic activity rather than causing it. As the volcano erupts, the group escapes the initial blast, but lava threatens the village. Goku destroys the advancing lava flow using a Kamehameha wave. Later, the group receives a six-star ball as a reward. The ball glows and flies into the hands of a villager, who reveals himself to be an alien. He takes flight, and a spaceship retrieves him before departing.
