Bulma uses the Dragon Balls to resurrect those killed that day. To avoid waiting a full year for the next opportunity, Goku convinces Shenron to reduce the cooldown to four months. Kibito, now revived, locates and heals Supreme Kai. Together they find Gohan and plan to move him to the Kais' world. Goku teleports Bulma and the others to Kami's Palace. He explains the dire circumstances facing Gohan and Vegeta. Shortly after, Babidi broadcasts a message to the entire world.
