After Vegeta kills Frieza’s henchmen, the tyrant calls upon the Ginyu Force. Gohan retrieves a Dragon Ball hidden underwater by Vegeta and returns to a cave. He hides from Vegeta, who threatens to destroy the area, and successfully conceals the final ball behind him. Gohan delivers the orb to Bulma and departs with Krillin to visit Guru, hoping to unlock Gohan’s latent power. Vegeta later returns to the village, discovers the Dragon Ball is missing, and deduces Gohan’s theft and the radar’s location. Enraged, he rushes back to the cave but arrives too late, as Gohan, Krillin, and Bulma have already left the area.
