Piccolo gains the upper hand against Frieza, but the tyrant reveals a second transformation. He shifts into a more monstrous form with a larger head, battle armor, and body spikes. This new state grants Frieza superior strength, allowing him to overpower Piccolo. As Frieza attacks with rapid energy bullets, Piccolo struggles to defend himself. Seeing his ally in danger, Gohan is driven by rage to rush to Piccolo's aid and intervene in the battle.
