Rokkaku escorts Reiji and Daisuke to the tournament site, where Chibi falls into a river and is discovered by twins Lyn and Sue. They have bound Chibi to a rope, making him dance on a ball in the ocean alongside their pet dragon. Reiji arrives to retrieve Chibi, but Lyn and Sue refuse, asserting ownership because they found him. Their escort, Sally, offers Reiji unlimited money for the boy, which he rejects, surprising the twins. Enraged, the twins summon a giant sea serpent dragon to consume Chibi and their own pet. Reiji and Chibi cooperate to easily defeat the sea serpent, after which they free the grateful pet dragon, allowing it to depart.
