Ep. 18: Masaomi’s Past with Saki and His Return to the Yellow Scarves

Flashbacks reveal Masaomi’s history with Saki Mikajima and Izaya, detailing gang conflicts between the Yellow Scarves and Blue Squares. After Saki was kidnapped and injured, Masaomi failed to save her and later distanced himself, joining an academy and meeting Mikado. In the present, Masaomi leaves Anri and Mikado to rejoin the Yellow Scarves, seeking revenge on a slasher he blames on the Dollars. He orders his gang to capture a spy without harm, unaware that the target is Anri, who is shocked to discover his criminal affiliation.
