Ep. 7: Yuko gives Yu a knife from Akira while Mizuki faces Kuze's harsh rejection and chest pain

Yuko shows Yu a knife given by Akira for killing him. Yu confronts Akira but fails to act and is beaten. In the present, Mizuki asks Kei and Yu for advice on approaching Kuze. At his house, Kuze berates her with many questions. After she leaves, Kuze suffers intense chest pains. He struggles to open his pill bottle, eventually breaking it to take medication. He recovers from the attack while stating he still wants to live.
