Ep. 12: Renji seeks lost diary pages to reconnect with Chihiro at their meeting spot.

Depressed over Chihiro discarding her diary entries about him, Renji discusses his feelings with Yu and Kuze before searching for the missing pages. He locates only a few and visits the train station where he first met Chihiro, finding her waiting there. Renji learns she has not forgotten him, as she spent thirteen hours thinking of him. He promises they will remain together forever. The narrative concludes with scenes of Renji and Chihiro, Hiro and Miyako, and Kyousuke and Kei. Additionally, Yuko reunites with Yu at the old church, bringing the story to a close.
