Ep. 45: Zoda confronts captives over cargo, revealing his origins as Black Shadow's time-traveling weapon.

Zoda intercepts Roger Buster and Draq, forcing them to reveal details about a shipment to Lightning. He discovers the cargo contains ingredients for a biological weapon, similar to the Blood Falcon. Suspecting Black Shadow’s involvement, Zoda contacts the Galaxy Mobile Platoon, offering the prisoners' release in exchange for access to the base. The Platoon, led by Jody and Stewart, agrees to investigate despite suspecting a trap. While they distract the base's defenses with their F-Zero machines, Zoda infiltrates the facility. Inside, he encounters Black Shadow, who reveals that Zoda was created in the 21st century and sent back to 2051 solely to destroy Rick. Enraged by this revelation, Zoda attacks his master but is defeated. Meanwhile, Rick pursues Black Shadow through the exploding base. After escaping, Zoda vows to conquer the galaxy himself, rejecting his role as a pawn, while Rick resolves to stop him.
