Fairies discover they are heirs to their clans and suspect the queen is hiding something. Ranmaru assists Chika, a saleswoman in a pyramid scheme selling eel supplements who is bullied by her boss. When the boss denies her request to visit her dying grandmother, Chika attempts suicide but is saved by Ranmaru. He enters a monochrome world where the boss feigns remorse to force surrender. Although Sirius taunts him, Ranmaru defeats the boss. Chika cannot see her grandmother before she dies but finds peace with the loss. Takara reports Sirius' return to the queen, who demands his execution.
