While attempting to charge targets, Plug is outpaced by her colleague Arresta. They observe many repeaters who have been charged but fell into depression again. Seeking guidance, Plug consults Sento, who explains that charging alone does not resolve the underlying issues. Concerned about a student taking his exams, Plug follows him to identify the root cause, fearing that simple charging would perpetuate the cycle or lead to regrettable actions. Although Arresta arrives to charge the student, Plug restrains her until the optimal moment, ensuring the student becomes energetic on the correct path. Later, Arresta encounters Sento on her way home and is struck by his bat.
