Ep. 37: Miaka awakens in Sairou with amnesia while Tamahome faces Soi’s illusion and Tomo’s dangerous request.

Miaka wakes in Sairou after being rescued by Amiboshi, who has lost his memory. She receives a dangerous dose of forgetfulness leaves from Amiboshi’s mother, causing her to pass out. Tamahome searches for her and encounters Soi, who is disguised by Tomo’s illusion, and they kiss. Meanwhile, Tomo asks Soi to use boa-chuu jitsu on Tamahome. Chichiri, Tasuki, Mitsukake, and Chiriko remain trapped in the illusion, dying in the desert. Nakago reveals to Tomo that Miaka is a virgin due to a protective life force. Keisuke and Tetsuya travel to Morioka to investigate the Takiko Okuda murder records. Amiboshi gives Miaka life force, waking her, and asks her to stay.
