Ep. 11: Saya calms survivors while Takashi leads and Shido confronts Rei at the mansion

Saya attempts to soothe survivors who reject their reality, leading to Takashi’s unexpected appointment as leader. Soichiro rewards Saeko with a katana for protecting his daughter and honoring her father’s teachings. As the group plans to rescue remaining families, Shido arrives at the mansion. An enraged Rei attacks him with a bayonet, revealing his father forced her to repeat a year to retaliate against her father’s corruption investigation. Soichiro informs Rei that Shido’s fate is hers, but she spares him, deeming him unworthy of death. Soichiro then orders Shido and his followers to leave due to their corruption. Meanwhile, a US submarine receives orders for a preemptive nuclear strike against China, North Korea, and Russia. On the International Space Station, the crew watches in horror as the US and Russia launch ICBMs at each other.
