While assisting his grandmother, Haruyakko discovers a vibrant kogire collection featuring Edo period tsutsugaki patterns. This discovery inspires him to blend European and Japanese aesthetics. Although his grandmother is later moved to a nursing home, Fujita purchases the kogire collection. Fujita then organizes Haruyakko's first fashion show at Gallery Fake, requiring Haruyakko to provide some of his new designs. The event successfully showcases the fusion of styles, impressing the audience and Haruyakko's grandmother, who attends the presentation.
