Ep. 19: Hermann visits Ovlesser to lobby nobles against Reinhard while Kircheis investigates Lüneburg and receives a promotion recommendation.

Hermann von Lüneburg and his wife Elisabeth visit High Admiral Ovlesser, commander of the Imperial Panzergrenadiers. Although the visit appears to be a formal courtesy for Hermann's promotion to Rear Admiral, he actually seeks Ovlesser's help in lobbying high nobles against Reinhard von Müsel. Ovlesser, who dislikes both men, rejects Hermann's request. Meanwhile, Siegfried Kircheis informs Reinhard about his findings regarding Lüneburg's background. Reinhard later meets Annerose von Grünewald and explains why Kircheis was not promoted. However, before Annerose can intervene, Richard von Grimmelshausen has already recommended Kircheis for promotion. When Kircheis visits Grimmelshausen to express his gratitude, the general displays a sharp insight that contradicts his typical demeanor as a senile old man.
