Reinhard von Müsel attends a celebration for Richard von Grimmelshausen's promotion to Admiral. He nearly fights Hermann von Lüneburg until Ulrich Kesler intervenes to keep order. After the guests leave, Grimmelshausen assigns Kesler a specific task. Meanwhile, Siegfried Kircheis informs Reinhard about Elisabeth von Lüneburg's former fiancé. Kaiser Friedrich IV decides to grant Reinhard the Lohengramm countship. Additionally, a military campaign beyond the Iserlohn Corridor is announced.
