He and Haberu find coded numbers in Ashihara’s notes that match broadcast messages, revealing connections to Mei’s archetypes. Meanwhile, Mei reaches India and meets Lina at the Shiva Consortium. Salunga escapes the facility and rampages in a village, but BB’s forces crystallize the red dust to kill him. Satō discovers Ashihara studied a previous monster skeleton hidden in the Misakioku building. As the military launches a full offensive against Godzilla in Tokyo, the beast transforms into its ultimate form, firing a powerful atomic ray that destroys a large section of the city and sets it ablaze.
