Section Two is assigned to protect Chairwoman Isabella d'Angelo, whose agency oversees the Strait of Messina Bridge project. The PRF sends Nino, known as the "Tibetan Terrier," to abduct her. After Rico breaks Henrietta's kaleidoscope, Jose takes it to an antique shop where Nino works undercover. Jose and Henrietta are then tasked with guarding the Chairwoman, who discusses child soldier morality with Pieri Lorenzo. Jose identifies a PRF agent on the staff and sets a trap for Nino's team. Despite Nino's desire to retire and his warnings, PRF agents launch an assault. Henrietta and Rico successfully thwart the kidnapping, saving the Chairwoman. Nino departs the town, saying a warm goodbye to Flanca.
