Claes struggles with distressing dreams about Raballo but cannot recall his identity, though she hides this turmoil. She continues her daily activities, including reading, gardening, and playing the piano, alongside examinations by Section Two's science team. Jean, worried about Claes's memory loss, shows her a nature video depicting fishing trips she took with her handler. This acts as a trigger, causing Claes to wander the shooting range and partially remember Raballo's name. Later, she and a new cyborg assassin named Beatrice discover a meteorite in her herb garden. As the song Scarborough Fair plays, Claes reflects on the limited memories she retains regarding her handler.
