Ep. 5: Godot initiates trial as Phoenix exposes Atmey’s alibi and murder confession
Aired on November 3, 2018

Godot opens proceedings by alleging Ron was fired for data theft and blackmailed by the CEO. Phoenix deduces the security buzzer activated while Ron was unconscious, successfully calling Atmey to the stand before a conviction occurs. Analyzing Adrian’s testimony about the statue, Phoenix determines Atmey moved it to utilize an old security photo as an alibi, though he fails to place Atmey at KB Security on the murder night. Atmey inadvertently admits knowing Ron wore Mask DeMasque’s costume, confirming his presence at the scene. He subsequently confesses to manipulating Ron until Bullard blackmailed him for a stolen diamond, leading Atmey to kill Bullard and frame Ron.
