Ep. 51: Alphonse sacrifices himself to save Edward while Mustang kills the Führer and Dante meets her end.
Alphonse uses his remaining Philosopher's Stone to perform human transmutation, reviving Edward but losing his own body to the Gate of Truth. Envy encounters Edward’s soul, learns Hohenheim is alive, and transforms into a green dragon to pursue him. Edward wakes with his body restored, including his right arm and left leg. Meanwhile, Rose flees with an injured Wrath to Resembool. Edward attempts to trade his life for Alphonse’s return, though Alphonse’s memory reverts to the failed resurrection of their mother. In a separate event, Mustang kills Führer Bradley with help from Selim, who weakens his adoptive father. The Führer strangles Selim in anger before Mustang finishes him. Archer attacks Mustang, shooting his left eye, but Hawkeye intervenes and kills Archer. Dante escapes via elevator to find the Führer but is devoured by Gluttony. Alphonse remains in Amestris while Edward is pulled through the Gate of Truth to Munich, with both brothers resolving to reunite.
