Towa, rendered completely powerless, falls under the control of Zero and Nanahoshi. Zero utilizes an eternity bug to feed on the Half-Demon Princess's enduring sorrow and unpredictability, thereby strengthening his extraordinary powers and gaining a significant advantage. Meanwhile, Setsuna, who remains human, places her trust in Hisui and other demon-slayers to handle the snow demons pursuing her. In a separate storyline, Moroha persists in completing the mission initiated by her parents, aiming to restore Takechiyo to his rightful position within the Raccoon-Dog Clan. She also seeks to settle her substantial debt to Jyuubei the Corpse Dealer. However, Moroha declines this path, asserting that bounty-hunting constitutes her life.
