Ep. 6: Setsuna assumes Princess Aiya's identity while Hisui trains as her substitute instructor.
After a decade of sleeplessness, Setsuna is abducted by ninjas serving Princess Aiya and her father, the Lord. Aiya forces Setsuna to attend lessons in her place while she escapes via palanquin. Setsuna discovers the instructor is Hisui, who has replaced his twin sister Nun Kin'u. Outside the castle, Aiya is attacked by an octopus demon but is saved by Hisui, aided by Kin'u's sutras and Gyokotuo's scent-beads. The Lord discovers Aiya's deception and reprimands her severely. Setsuna returns to Kaede's village, where Towa hugs her relieved. Setsuna hides her ordeal from her twin and departs to train Yukari no Tachikiri's divine abilities. Uncertain if she alone must save Rin from Zero's curse, Setsuna visits the Sacred of Ages to play her mother's lullaby on her violin for the deeply sleeping Rin.
