Ep. 9: The Occult Research Club discovers a sealed boy named Gasper Vladi who controls time.

The Occult Research Club opens a locked door in their clubhouse to find Gasper Vladi, a boy in a female school uniform. Rias explains he is sealed because he cannot control his Sacred Gear, the Forbidden Balor View, which accidentally freezes time when Issei touches him. Rias, Akeno, and Kiba depart to prepare for the Three Factions meeting, leaving the group to train Gasper. Azazel visits the school yard to advise Saji, Issei, and Gasper on control before leaving. Attempts to train Gasper in the gymnasium fail as he retreats again. Issei eventually helps Gasper open up until Kiba, Koneko, Asia, and Xenovia arrive. The following day, Issei and Akeno visit a shrine where they meet Michael, the leader of the Angels.
