Ep. 8: Vali Confronts Issei and Rias Receives Permission to Unseal Her Bishop

Vali confronts Issei, warning that his group lacks the strength to defeat Kokabiel, and advises Rias to nurture Issei before departing. Issei later consults Ddraig about the sealing of the two Heavenly Dragons. At Kuoh Academy, Xenovia’s lack of common sense causes comedic trouble, while Rias, Akeno, Sona, and Tsubaki discuss the Vali encounter and an upcoming class observation. Issei, Rias, and Akeno investigate noise in the gymnasium, encountering Serafall Leviathan, the current Devil King and Sona’s older sister, whose behavior embarrasses Sona. Later, Sirzechs watches a video of the observation with Issei’s father. Rias becomes embarrassed and leaves, but Issei invites her to his room for an intimate moment until Asia and Sirzechs interrupt. Sirzechs grants Rias permission to unseal her second Bishop, acknowledging her improved control due to recent events and peerage expansion.
