Ep. 5: Kuou Academy Battle: Rias Team Fights Kokabiel and Valper

Sona’s team creates a barrier around Kuou Academy as Rias and her group prepare to face Kokabiel, Freed, and Valper. Kokabiel summons Cerberus demons, which the Gremory Team defeats with Xenovia’s aid. Meanwhile, Valper fuses four Excaliburs and activates a self-destruct circle set for twenty minutes. Rias and Akeno fail against Kokabiel’s powers. Kiba confronts Valper, learns the truth of the Holy Sword Project, and achieves his Balance Breaker with friends’ help. He and Xenovia destroy the Fused Excalibur. After defeating Freed, Kiba tries to kill Valper, but Kokabiel mortally wounds Kiba. Kokabiel reveals that Issei can transfer his power to anyone as Issei prepares to give his power to Rias.
