Ep. 8: Security Chief Kei Ikaruga observes Hina's progress while she hides her powers from classmate Mami Shinjou.

Kei Ikaruga, Security Chief of a mysterious organization, meets Anzu to evaluate Hina’s improvement after past destruction. Hina passes the checklist, prompting Kei’s dismay that she must return to her original timeline. Meanwhile, classmate Mami Shinjou witnesses Hina using telekinesis and attempts to learn psychic abilities. Hina supports Mami for a few days, but Mami embarrasses herself trying to demonstrate powers independently. Kei informs Hina they will return in three days. Hina struggles to tell Nitta, who treats her to her favorite food before her departure. However, Hina finds she cannot return because Nitta discarded her original pod ball. She returns to Nitta’s apartment to find him celebrating his newfound freedom.
