Ep. 11: Fabricated interview embarrasses Nitta, then Anzu leaves and Hina goes missing in mountains
A video journalist interviews Nitta to expose modern Yakuza life, but finds him surprisingly amiable. To secure a scoop, the reporter edits the footage and fabricates details to portray Nitta as a villain. This deceptive TV special causes Nitta significant embarrassment before his Yakuza superiors. Meanwhile, Hina joins her class on a ski trip, leaving Anzu to stay with Nitta. Jealous of Anzu’s cheerful disposition, Nitta attempts to spoil her and lower her spirits to match Hina’s level. However, Anzu’s persistent positivity overwhelms him, leading him to view her as an ideal daughter. This dynamic ends abruptly when Anzu returns home the following day. Shortly after her departure, Nitta receives a distressing call informing him that Hina has gone missing in the mountains during her ski excursion.
