Hitoribocchi no ○○ Seikatsu

A girl with severe social anxiety struggles with communication and often takes drastic measures to avoid others. She experiences physical symptoms, such as leg cramps from overexertion and vomiting under extreme stress. When alone, she becomes more confident and frequently devises plans to cope. Starting middle school, she finds herself separated from her only friend, who now attends a different school. She must navigate unfamiliar classmates and attempt to make new friends if she hopes to reconnect with her former companion.
