EP 145Killua and Alluka seek Nanika's power to heal Gon while Pariston secures the election.
Sep 3, 2014Killua persuades an awakened Alluka to allow Nanika to possess her body in order to cure Gon. Illumi observes this event from a distance, intending to seize the resulting power. During the ninth round of the Hunter Chairman Election, Pariston stalls for time after only he and Leorio remain, using the ensuing rumble as a signal. Morel arrives shortly after, bringing a fully recovered Gon. Cheadle recognizes that this development ensures Pariston's victory. Surrounded by celebrating friends and fellow Hunters, Gon spots Dwun and List, who direct his attention to Ging, who remains seated. This sequence occurs within the thirteenth Hunter Chairman Election arc, specifically marking the ninth installment of the twelve-part series.

Sep 17, 2014Kite accepts Koala, who regrets his past as a hitman and Chimera Ant, while revealing he reincarnated as the Chimera Ant Queen Colt protected. He reassures Gon regarding the Queen’s condition and directs him to the Hunter Association building to meet Ging. Upon arrival, Beans apologizes for not stopping Ging, who left a letter instructing Gon to meet him at the World Tree’s summit. Gon, Killua, and Alluka travel to the nearby town. There, Gon and Killua part ways, promising to reunite in the future as they continue their respective paths during the 13th Hunter Chairman Election arc.

Gon rejoins Kite’s group, sending audio recordings of the Small-billed Swans to his friends, while Kurapika performs final rites for the recovered eyes of his kinmen.
