With summer ending, Jewelpets prepare the cafe while Chiari and Ruruka return to class. In the school cafeteria, Sapphie makes shaved ice for Labra as the air conditioner breaks. Ruby’s magic attempt worsens the heat, prompting Sapphie to call Jasper. He arrives to fix the unit, but it initially spews trash and raises the temperature. Chiari and Ruruka discuss Nene’s Australia vacation before Ruby alerts them to the crisis. Marie and her group arrive, hoping to obtain a Magic Gem. Jasper repairs the air conditioner, but it plays loud music and nearly sucks him in. Customers arrive, and Garnet notices errors in the menu order. Chiari and the others enter the sweltering room as Labra cries from the heat. Marie assists Jasper, showing determination for her gem. Finally, the air conditioner blows cool air, but breaks again after Labra uses her magic, leading to a disastrous outcome.
