Sarah struggles against Alma's dark energy while Akari prepares for the finals in Jeweland.
Mar 5, 2011During the match, Alma launches dark energy that captures an orb, but Sarah intercepts the attack. Although Sarah attempts to analyze the spell, it breaks free, forcing her to decompose it into bubbles. She continues this strategy to drain Alma’s power, but Alma summons a massive spell that Sarah cannot fully counter. Alma secures the second orb, winning the match. Later, Akari informs Yuuma that she and Alma will face each other in the finals. Meanwhile, Alma is consumed by Battest and vows to steal magic from Akari and Fealina, alarming Diana. The following day, Ruby notes that this may be their last chance to use magic together, as graduating Rarerare leave the grand-pri, prompting the group to cherish their remaining time.

Alma and Akari compete for the magic key while dark magic threatens their lives
Mar 19, 2011Alma and Akari begin a contest to retrieve the magic key and open the magic door to become the Jewelstar. Alma attempts to use dark magic, but the key purifies it, allowing Akari to break the barrier and summon the key. Alma retaliates with dark magic, causing battest power to overflow. Judges halt the match, but Alma continues, forcing everyone to flee. The key breaks due to Alma's dark power, and battest consumes her, threatening her life. Diana intervenes and is reduced to a Jewelcharm. Giant battest vines trap Alma, while Akari and Yuuma enter to save her but are separated. Yuuma and Labra are dragged toward Alma, and Akari is trapped in an attempt to consume her life. Battest spreads, preventing others from helping. Jewelina tries to stop the spread but cannot seal it without putting Alma and Yuuma into an endless sleep like their mother Fealina. Only Akari and Ruby can save Alma now.

Akari frees friends and thaws Fealina to become Jewel Star
Mar 26, 2011Ruby frees Akari, allowing them to transform and search for Alma, Yuuma, and Labra, who are immobilized. Akari holds Alma and offers herself to Battest, freeing the others. Alma, Yuuma, Labra, and Ruby chant Fealina's smile spell to release Akari. She uses the spell to revive Diana and Opal, repelling Battest from Jeweland. The magic key reappears, and Akari opens a door to the Eternal flower garden, melting the ice around the sleeping Fealina. Alma and Yuuma reunite with their mother, and Akari is awarded the title of Jewel Star.

Graduation Day Brings Emotional Goodbyes and Three Wishes for the Future
Apr 2, 2011With the Jewel Star Grand Prix concluded, students must leave their Jewelpet partners to return to Earth. Ruby hides her sadness about parting with Akari and runs away after reliving memories in Jewel Land. Akari follows her to town, leading to an argument before Ruby speaks with Alma, Opal, and Diana about accepting farewells. Akari finds Ruby among the One Thousand and One Night Flowers, apologizing as they bloom. At the Magic Academy, graduates Halite, Milky, Luna, and Moldavite witness a rainbow from their Jewel Stones. Akari makes three wishes at Jewelina's Castle for Ruby's happiness, their academy memories, and magical hearts worldwide. The group then says goodbye to their partners and returns to Earth. Epilogue scenes show Akari in Junior High with Alma and Yuma, Miria as a famous singer, Leon succeeding in fencing and politics, Nicola winning a piano competition, and Sara reuniting with her parents. Finally, Akari reflects on her bond with Ruby at the beach.
