In a land where magical creatures called Jewelpets coexist with witches and study magic at a school, Ruby, a white Japanese Hare with unreliable magic, is tasked with finding a partner in the Human World. After accidentally using a card provided by magicians, she arrives there and meets a girl named Akari Sakura on the beach. Initially unable to communicate due to language barriers, Ruby consumes a special candy to speak and understand human language. As the day progresses, Ruby acknowledges her mistakes and apologizes. Akari discovers a Jewel Charm on her hand, indicating she has been selected as Ruby’s partner. The pair then decides to participate in the Jewel Star Grand Prix, a competition where the winner’s wish is granted. Whether Ruby and Akari will succeed or face failure remains uncertain.
