During their mission, they discover that the Mushroom people are engaged in a significant conflict and require assistance to reconcile. Meanwhile, Ruby becomes ill due to her overnight stay. Consequently, Akari and her friends must balance healing Ruby while simultaneously helping the Mushroom people resolve their argument and restore harmony.

Upon seeing Miria's sadness during the registration process, Akari, Sara, Leon, and Nicola decide to withdraw from the tournament to stay with her. Miria insists they compete, offering them gifts as encouragement. Her selfless kindness moves Headmaster Moldavite, who awards her the twelfth and final Jewel Stone, officially allowing her to participate in the Grand Prix alongside her friends.

Diana intervenes and is reduced to a Jewelcharm. Giant battest vines trap Alma, while Akari and Yuuma enter to save her but are separated. Yuuma and Labra are dragged toward Alma, and Akari is trapped in an attempt to consume her life. Battest spreads, preventing others from helping. Jewelina tries to stop the spread but cannot seal it without putting Alma and Yuuma into an endless sleep like their mother Fealina. Only Akari and Ruby can save Alma now.

Alma, Yuuma, Labra, and Ruby chant Fealina's smile spell to release Akari. She uses the spell to revive Diana and Opal, repelling Battest from Jeweland. The magic key reappears, and Akari opens a door to the Eternal flower garden, melting the ice around the sleeping Fealina. Alma and Yuuma reunite with their mother, and Akari is awarded the title of Jewel Star.
52EP 52Graduation Day Brings Emotional Goodbyes and Three Wishes for the Future

Ruby hides her sadness about parting with Akari and runs away after reliving memories in Jewel Land. Akari finds Ruby among the One Thousand and One Night Flowers, apologizing as they bloom. At the Magic Academy, graduates Halite, Milky, Luna, and Moldavite witness a rainbow from their Jewel Stones. Akari makes three wishes at Jewelina's Castle for Ruby's happiness, their academy memories, and magical hearts worldwide. The group then says goodbye to their partners and returns to Earth. Epilogue scenes show Akari in Junior High with Alma and Yuma, Miria as a famous singer, Leon succeeding in fencing and politics, Nicola winning a piano competition, and Sara reuniting with her parents. Finally, Akari reflects on her bond with Ruby at the beach.
