Junko Kanno brings her ill canine companion to veterinarian Yoshiyuki Honjou for medical care, but the animal passes away regardless. She subsequently learns from assistant Masami Sekimoto that Honjou neglected to provide any treatment. While investigating further, Junko discovers a pattern of indifference toward animal welfare in his practice. Motivated by grief for her pet and concern for other creatures, she decides to take matters into her own hands. She resolves to punish Honjou for his lack of care, aiming to send him to Hell as retribution for his negligence and the suffering caused to the animals under his watch.
