Ep. 11: Yuzuki helps Akira save Mitsuko from her abusive husband Seiji through the Hell Correspondence.

Yuzuki remains disturbed by recent events involving Ai and Itsuko’s transfer. She encounters Akira Kitayama, a middle schooler rushing to see Mitsuko, a shopkeeper he secretly loves. Their interaction ends abruptly when Mitsuko’s husband, Seiji, appears and later beats her, falsely accusing her of infidelity. Yuzuki receives visions of Akira using the Hell Correspondence website to research Seiji. She advises Akira to convince Mitsuko to sever ties with her husband. Akira attempts to persuade Mitsuko to leave, temporarily blocking her phone. Seiji arrives and attacks them, prompting Akira to send him to hell. Mitsuko asks Akira to visit the store the next morning, but he finds it abandoned. He discovers a photo of the couple’s happy past under the phone, which then begins to ring.
