Ep. 9: Kimba rescues animals from a flood while helping a domestic cow and a lion find new homes.

Kimba, Tommy, Coco, and Kurosaji evacuate Jungle animals to high ground before a storm causes flooding. Flora dies in the flash flood, but Kimba rescues Pago and a domestic cow named Manwela, bringing them to his den. After the storm, Manwela wishes to return home because she is domesticated. Kimba allows her a day to decide, but fails to find homes for both her and Pago. Manwela reaches the plains and considers staying, but sees her owner and saves Kimba, getting shot in the process. She gives birth to a calf before dying, and the farmer takes the calf home. Kimba returns to the Jungle to find that Pago has been adopted by another herd.
